Terms & Conditions:

– Minimum Order is $200.00. – Valid State issued business license is required to purchase from us – We will make every effort to ship the order out within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes delays may occur. If you need an order to be shipped out immediately, please let us know at the time of placing the order so we can notify you of any possible delays. Products are shipped via UPS. Transit times will vary depending upon your location. All sales are final. – Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee, plus all applicable freight costs. – Products cannot be returned without a valid Invoice Number. Merchandise returned with no fault of our will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. – Returned checks will be subject to a $49 fee. This will be in addition to any other fees incurred by Phoenix Wholesale Inc. Outstanding amounts that are collected by a collection agency will be subject to a minimum of 25% collection costs. These collection costs will be in addition to the outstanding amount. – Hazmat charges apply when shipping lighters, butane and lighter fluid. – Shipping charges depend upon the weight of the shipment and the destination zip code. – We regret any typographical errors and are not responsible for any of them. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Some restrictions apply. Supersedes previous price lists. – The size and weight of the hand made items should be used as a guide only. Since these are hand-crafted, actual pieces may have size, shape, color and weight variance. – All Smoking accessories are for tobacco use only. There may be legal restrictions on sale of some smoking accessories in your area. Merchants are responsible to check with their local city, county and
state laws before placing their order. Phoenix Wholesale Inc does not own responsibility for any violations by the merchants. – We do not accept any returns. Shortages, mispicks and damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Dated items with a short-date should also be reported within 48 hours. Merchants are responsible to inspect the merchandise as soon as it arrives. Any returned merchandise that is used, marked for sale or damaged due to normal wear or misuse, or contaminated will not be replaced and mya be immediately destroyed. No refunds will be issued for such items. When claiming damage, merchants are required to send us pictures of the damaged item via email in order to receive credit.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Phoenix Wholesale Inc. you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Phoenix Wholesale Inc retains the right to refuse any request. If you order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party you have contracted with. This will be Phoenix Wholesale Inc. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.

(Our Contract) When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. (Pricing and Availability) While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. (Payment) Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the
goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

We wholesale tobacco accessories & smoke shop supplies. All of our products are for tobacco use only. You must be 19 years or older to purchase from our site.

Free Shipping on orders $350.00 and above.

Phoenix Wholesale serves Retail Smoke Shop Store Owners. Please be aware that we request your state sales tax certificate and/or tobacco license upon your first order, this is to comply with the law. We will verify all information manually. Your order will be cancelled if you fail to provide us with a valid sales tax permit and tobacco license and your account will be deleted.

Minimum Orders are $200.00. Any order under this amount will not be shipped.

We must be notified of any damaged item within 48 hours of you recieving your order. We will then issue a replacement or credit your account for the damaged item.

It is the customer’s obligation to check local and state laws before ordering. You must be fully aware of the laws in your community and solely responsible for any actions.

Phoenix Wholesale and all parties involved with this website in NO WAY accept responsibility for the use of the products advertised on this website.

All prices are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.

If a credit card order is declined for non-payment, your account will be suspended. To reinstate your order, we will charge a handling and processing fee of $25.00.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or residential addresses.
