Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately sometimes breakages do happen. We have a policy in place so that you can reasonably be compensated if such an event does occur.

1.You must email a picture of the damaged item to Phoenix Wholesale Inc. Please include the item number & the invoice number.

2. All emails must be received within one week of delivery.

3. All replacement items will be sent to you with your next order. You may also add this in the comment section of your order “Previous Credit From Last Order”
